It's been a lifesaver during babies, teaching, and 5PM meal panic. I'm planning a MAJOR freezer feed before #3 arrives.<br /><br />We often freeze peaches with the skins on if we're going to use them thawed--the skins slip right off. Frozen ones for smoothies, though, definitely need their skins off.
